We’ve always treated BMW & MINI retailers as customers, delivering a premium experience that makes them proud to work for the brand. So when we created exceptional digital experiences for sales teams ahead of product launches, we quickly realised this was streets ahead of what customers were experiencing. We had to rebalance that, and digital brochures were launched.

We’ve always treated BMW & MINI retailers as customers, delivering a premium experience that makes them proud to work for the brand. So when we created exceptional digital experiences for sales teams ahead of product launches, we quickly realised this was streets ahead of what customers were experiencing. We had to rebalance that, and digital brochures were launched.
Idea
BMW had an ambition to retire printed brochures, to reduce costs, wastage and avoid information becoming out of date. They wanted a solution to engage and excite customers, always up to date, to deliver a solution fit for the 21st Century.
Using our knowledge of creating engaging digital experiences, we provided a solution that delivered mobile-up functionality and interactive features for the BMW range.
Working closely with our content partners we identified which information was best experienced online and what level of detail should be accessed via download.
Impact
The initial 12 brochures have received over:
• 800k+ Page views since launch
• 2.5k+ Click throughs to BMW site in 1 month
• 1/3 of traffic is returning visits
