You may have spotted a trend towards remote workforces recently…
Whilst the jury is still out on how extensive this culture change will be it certainly brings temporary, possibly even permanent, challenges on how to keep teams engaged, motivated and committed long term.
You don’t need us to tell you the benefits of a more productive and loyal workforce.

Previous Employee Engagement Projects
Vodafone – Ready2Lead
As one of the leading global telecommunications companies, Vodafone is at the forefront of technological advances and digital transformation.
However, they needed to make sure their frontline leaders were sufficiently prepared to carry their own teams through rapid changes.
We designed and built an engaging learning programme that helped retail and customer operations teams nurture, motivate and empower their staff.
Arriva – Driver Academy
Arriva UK Bus approached us to help make their induction training for new drivers more engaging and memorable.
We created ‘The Arriva Driver Academy Programme’ – a bespoke learning experience that mixed video learning with gamification modules. The training experience included film interviews with current Arriva drivers and instructors, teaching new starters about key manoeuvres and walk-around checks.
Alphabet – Virtual Tour
Alphabet (the BMW owned one, not Google) wanted to create a cool, personalised and on-brand experience for visitors to their offices. While it was a customer-facing brief, we’re never ones to miss an opportunity.
To help team members feel invested and engaged, we delivered a personalised digital companion application. This not only provided a virtual tour of the office for customers but gave employees their own profile and way to digitally ‘meet’ clients.
