IHG – Responsible Procurement
Underpinning IHG’s purpose, strategy and ability to deliver long-term shareholder returns is their commitment to responsible business.
Our challenge from them was to demystify the brand’s Responsible Procurement programme – to help their global workforce understand what it looks like and how it applies to them in their day-to-day roles.
We needed to condense a complex subject and translate it into a simplified visual and written language – so we created a neat animation to share across the brand’s communications platform.
WATG – Partnership Film
WATG are an employee owned business. It is this model of ownership that has driven the brand to the top of their game. However, they hadn’t made the most of communicating the benefits of the ownership model to internal members or in their recruitment drive for top talent.
We created a film to help them do that – articulating the unique values of the firm and the obvious passion of its team members.
NG Bailey – Induction
NG Bailey came to us looking for a more engaging and efficient way to on-board new employees – a replacement for traditionally expensive, resource-hungry and unscalable face-to-face programmes.
We created a self-paced eLearning application that included podcasts, films and animation that welcomed enthused new team members from day one – giving them an automatic and valuable insight into the brand values, history and culture.
