We created a custom-built platform that – amongst other prospect nurturing features – utilised video learning to teach sales representatives about the intricate details of each car – arming them with the knowledge and resources to better close the deal.
IHG – Way Of Sales
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has over 18,000 on and off property employees. In order to drive higher quality revenue, the brand needed a way to engage their global workforce, to teach and inspire them to sell the brand in all customer interactions.
