Video-based learning has grown exponentially over the past few years.
The benefits of the format are obvious – it’s engaging, it’s effective, it’s memorable!
Whether you are training employees or communicating with customers, video can do the job faster, more reliably and more cost effectively than more traditional methods of product or service education.
Brand & Product Training
Juice produces video-based learning initiatives for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Over the years we have leveraged both film and animation to create modular and micro-learning assets that drive employee engagement and ensure consistency of brand experience across global territories.
The material we produce is easily edited, adapted and re-dubbed for use across different markets – making our content extremely cost efficient compared to the travel and logistical costs of traditional classroom based learning.
Previous Video Learning Projects
Crowne Plaza – IGNITE Program
IGNITE was a new Food and Beverage initiative introduced by the Crowne Plaza® hotel group in the US. The brand needed an effective way to help front and back of house colleagues digest the new programme and its implications for service delivery.
To drive comprehension and effective training, we produced a series of video learning programmes that the company effectively shared with team members across the entire organisation.
Arriva – Driver Academy
Arriva UK Bus approached us to bring their induction training for new drivers online, to ensure delivery of a consistent and measurable learning experience across all UK regions.
We created ‘The Arriva Driver Academy Programme’ – a bespoke learning experience that mixed video learning with gamification modules. The training experience included film interviews with current Arriva drivers and instructors, teaching new starters about key manoeuvres and walk-around checks.
BMW – Launchpad
BMW asked whether we could help support their retailer network – a mechanism to help branches shift more product.
We created a custom-built platform that – amongst other features – utilised video learning to teach sales representatives about the intricate details of each car – arming them with the knowledge and resources to excite the customer and close deals faster.
